Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

The main function of a project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out, or any other non-IT based project. Responsibilities include participating in continuous improvement activities, maintaining accurate electronic dealer files in the Dealer Management System (DMS) by uploading pertinent information, and reviewing working files hosted in SharePoint annually to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Additional duties involve analyzing, tracking, and maintaining information on Dealer requests for quality control, assisting Dealers with re-contracting activities, and general office work related to processing Dealer requests and maintaining dealer files.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with Dealer Management System (DMS)

  • Proficiency in SharePoint

  • Quality control analysis

  • General office work (faxing, scanning, copying)
