Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business System/Power BI Analyst to support a large OEM client. This candidate will be joining the Sales Operations team to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications. The candidate will work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. They will gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers, prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation, demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities. This person will serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. This team gets information that pass and release data for a variety of corporate customers. They will be taking on additional works to streamline operations- this will include global & NA sales. This person will be investigating learning applications, building adHOC reporting, and loading data from spreadsheets.

$40/hr to $50/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

3 years' experience with Power BI/ data matching/ comparison/analysis

Proficient in Excel

UAT testing/ validating/ automating processes

Strong professional experience with business stakeholders, customers, etc.
