Vibrus Group is currently hiring for the position of Department Tech in Lansing, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with property selection and address-specific funding obligation deadlines associated with projects in Michigan.
Key Responsibilities: - - Answering the main line and providing technical support - Composing external emails and handling complaint calls in a professional manner - Utilizing and tracking progress via Excel spreadsheets - Running reports within a grants management system - Being responsive to information requests and actively engaged in resolving client issues
Pay : $25/hr Shift : Day Shift
Contract: 832 hours Assignment ( 8 hours a day/40 hours a week) * *Location : Lansing,MI
*Required Skills: *- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook - Strong data entry skills - Previous experience in telephone or live customer service - Ability to pass a background check
