Job Title: Home Health LPN / LVN Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health LPN/LVN sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday, with a once monthly Saturday rotation. The area of coverage is East Detroit, Eastpoint, Harper Woods, and Gross Point. There is a productivity expectation of 35 points per week.
