Job Title: Administrative Analyst
Job Description
This individual will work with a group of Engineering Managers, Engineers, and Technicians to support daily office operations and ensure organizational compliance.
Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to our customer.
Support Engineering and Technical personnel in coordinating travel, training, and employee attendance and time tracking.
Evaluate a multitude of initiatives, including collecting inputs and reporting on organizational tasks.
Stay updated on administrative practices and clerical procedures, implementing new or revised procedures for correspondence, filing, mail procedures, preparation of travel orders/vouchers, and security.
Support organizational OPSEC training and compliance.
Provide advice and counsel regarding visit requests, mission travel requirements, and travel arrangements.
Assist with booking flights and travel, and track employee attendance and out-of-office status.
Essential Skills
Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience (5 years preferred).
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience supporting upper-level management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to pass Government Security Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Experience in finance, reporting, and data analysis.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
