Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

Job Description

As a Software Engineering Manager, your primary responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of employees, allocating resources on a day-to-day basis to various projects, and ensuring on-time and on-budget execution of work. You'll be interacting with program managers to set and meet expectations for project performance, cost, and customer interactions. You'll also be responsible for tracking team performance with established metrics, suggesting and executing quality improvements, managing product development and delivery life-cycles, and mentoring team members on industry best practices. Additionally, you'll have a hand in hiring, recruiting, and interviewing, as well as working to improve the work environment based on employee needs. You will also design, develop, test, and debug system software and implement software for embedded devices, systems and MS Windows desktop.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in EITHER Atlanta, GA OR Warner Robins, GA and some days remote.
