The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with 5-10 years of experience in technology sales, specifically within enterprise accounts. This individual will be responsible for generating new business while maintaining and nurturing relationships with high-level accounts. Additionally, effectively manage objections with C-level executives and independently drive sales growth. Proficiency in Salesforce and ZoomInfo is required, along with a strong ability to accurately track and log sales activities.

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager for an exciting opportunity with a veteran-managed, U.S.-based company specializing in innovative, cost-effective IT solutions for aerospace and industrial sectors. This company provides TAA, NDAA, and ITAR-compliant products globally, with operations in the U.S., Taiwan, and Mexico.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate New Business: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the aerospace and industrial sectors, focusing on enterprise accounts.
Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives to drive sales and customer retention.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales pipeline and track performance against sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and achievement of quarterly and annual goals.
Lead Sales Process: Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring the smooth progression of each sale.
Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and present customized IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
Handle Objections: Proactively manage and overcome objections with C-level executives to secure contracts and close deals.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, including TAA, NDAA, and ITAR-compliant solutions, to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Utilize CRM Tools: Utilize Salesforce and ZoomInfo to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring all sales activities are accurately logged and reported.
Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and customer support, to ensure smooth product delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
Maintain Market Knowledge : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company's products and services and identify new business opportunities.
