To manage the day to day operations of the program which is designed to empower residents with the skills needed to achieve lasting recovery. The Program Director is accountable to the Senior Director, who is responsible for providing supervision and training. The Program Director is one who actively promotes the philosophy of the Rehabilitation and Supportive Services programs, and maintains a high level of commitment to the programs. Bachelor\'s degree with two (2) years of supervisor experience in residential settings providing supportive services to persons with substance use and mental health disorders required. Must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Must have knowledge of community resources. Must have valid driver\'s license, and meet Agency requirements for driving history records
