Benefits: • Medical, dental and vision insurance (up to 100% of employee premiums covered by employer) • Life and disability insurance (100% paid by employer) • 401k with employer match • Paid time off and holiday time off • Discounted rates at the YMCA and Verizon Wireless Job Duties:  • Conduct walk-in interviews for potential field employees and subcontractors as they come in • Facilitate orientation of new employees as hired • Manage personnel files and ensure their maintenance • Review contract pre-qualifications & safety requirements • Process weekly payroll and ensure timely payment of AP bills bi-monthly • Prepare quarterly and year-end financial statements and payroll taxes for the accountant Job Requirements: • 2+ years of office management experience with experience in AR/AP, payroll and tax

  • Previous construction industry experience, a plus • High school diploma or GED, required • Valid driver's license, required • Certified public notary, highly preferred
