You should demonstrate <li> Consistent respect for safety, both for you and for those around you. <li> Confident use of measuring devices, e.g., calipers and micrometer; ability to interpret drawings. <li> Some experience with computer-controlled machines (hardware and software), industrial printers or some other contemporary manufacturing process. Learn more about the engravers you will help us produce. <li>An eye for detail, to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, via the correct carrier, and packaged to prevent damage in transit. <li> Pride of craftsmanship -- help to produce flawless sheets and shapes of colorful plastics. <li> A clear interest learning more and more about our use of computers in all aspects of of our operations: to control engravers and printers, manage inventory, prepare labels for shipments, test for color accuracy...throughout the company. <li> Family-friendly scheduling: We operate during weekday business hours, 8:30am-5:00pm and were closed on most holidays and all weekends. Our standard workweek is 40 hours. We can discuss a schedule that's compatible with school hours, or that changes slightly on specific days, while maintaining the 40 hour workweek. We can also consider a part-time staff member.
