Pay: $19.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday)
As a Machinist, you will be responsible for machining parts to precise specifications, using a variety of machines and techniques acquired through your trade school experience. The products you manufacture are crucial for major automobile manufacturers' welding lines. This involves designing, fabricating, and integrating robotic technology into tooling. The ability to read blueprints and use metric measuring instruments is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Machine parts to print specifications
- Operate a variety of machines and methods based on your skillset
- Read and interpret shop blueprints
- Fabricate tooling and integrate robotic technology
- Cross-train in different areas of production
- Willingness to travel and work on holidays as required
- At least an Associate's degree, some college, or vocational school training
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong blueprint reading skills and familiarity with metric measuring instruments
