Hybrid role, 2 days per week in Waltham MA Our industry-leading healthcare client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager. Can also be onsite in one of the locations below:

Rate: $60 - $95 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects within the Business Transformation Team

• Collaborate with C-suite executives to align project goals with business objectives

• Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and migrations

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment

Experience Requirements:

• Proven project management experience in a complex matrixed environment

• Extensive experience with Salesforce projects (implementations, upgrades, migrations, consolidations)

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on/below budget, with required quality

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Experience communicating effectively with C-suite executives

• Resourcefulness and action-oriented mindset

• Ability to project confidence and maintain a calming presence while proceeding with urgency

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Teamwork and collaboration

• Problem-solving and critical thinking

• Leadership and decision-making

• Required Certifications/Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration)

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are a plus

• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
