POSITION: Salesforce Product Owner

The Salesforce Product Owner will have over 10 years of experience, specializing in Salesforce platform integrations and financial/marketing integrations across financial cloud, marketing cloud and MuleSoft. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and strategic vision to lead the development and implementation of our Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, and other stakeholders, to drive product excellence and deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Result Areas:
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the product roadmap for our Salesforce platform leveraging your deep technical expertise and understanding of platform capabilities.
Lead the technical team in design, development, deployment, and handoff of Salesforce solutions.
Facilitate solution design sessions to uncover requirements and drive solution and technical design.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
Architect and document technical solutions aligned with customer business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states; clearly present solution options to the customer for consideration factoring in approach pros and cons to achieving the customer outcome.
Release Management: Oversee product releases, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure seamless deployments and minimal disruption.
Partner with stakeholders to shape the digital experience, providing feedback on out of the box solutions, complexity of custom features, and translating their vision into technical specifications for requirements.
Work effectively with program leadership, including Solution Owners, to ensure project alignment, timely delivery, and ongoing product development. Build and maintain high performing teams.
Effectively communicate technical concepts, influence decision-making, and build consensus among stakeholders.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations. Effectively communicate risks and issues along with mitigation plans. Address delivery challenges, changes in scope, and other challenges by informing and negotiating with program leadership and customer stakeholders.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and user feedback to analyze product performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and Salesforce consultants, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and align with project goals.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in technical product management, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
Strong background in banking, both Consumer and Commercial.
Expertise in Salesforce: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Cloud configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations, and how they factor into platform and component architecture
Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design and database design.
Deep understanding of web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as proven expertise in Salesforce Cloud development, including Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including developers and business leaders.
Agile Methodologies: Proven experience leading agile teams and driving agile best practices to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
Business Analysis Skills: Experience working closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
Technical Analysis: Familiarity with Technical Analyst roles, including systems analysis, requirements specification, and technical documentation.
Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly desirable.
