Robert Half Contracts Administrator in Waltham, Massachusetts

Description We are looking for a meticulous Contracts Administrator to be a part of our team based in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the industry of contract management. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing the contract management system, coordinating communications between parties, and providing support for various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the contract management team with administrative tasks such as managing the contract management system and preparing contract documentation.

• Coordinating communications between involved parties to ensure smooth execution of contracts.

• Assisting in delivering ad hoc projects within specified timelines.

• Ensuring the proper execution of commercial contracts such as CDAs, Consulting Agreements, MSAs, and SOWs.

• Understanding, interpreting, and analyzing basic legal terms and concepts related to contracts.

• Proactively troubleshooting issues and demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.

• Utilizing CRM for maintaining accurate customer credit records.

• Ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements.

• Administering Non-Disclosure Agreements and Consulting Agreements as part of the contract administration process.

• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM software for managing contracts and related information.

• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

• Proven experience in contract administration, with a focus on developing, negotiating, and managing contracts.

• Expertise in handling Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Experience in crafting and managing consulting agreements, ensuring they align with company objectives and legal requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with different departments and external parties.

• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of standard business practices related to contract administration.

• Ability to interpret and analyze contract terms and conditions.
