Description

A boutique real estate law firm has an immediate opening for a skilled Transactional Attorney to join their small team on a long-term contract basis. This role focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, including commercial office space leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and other business contracts such as construction contracts. The firm offers an autonomous, fully remote work environment and encourages applications from CA-licensed attorneys in Pacific and Mountain Time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, redline, and negotiate commercial office space leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other business contracts.

• Conduct legal research, analyze, and summarize legal documents.

• Communicate with clients as needed.

• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and contract best practices.

• Support various corporate transactional projects as assigned.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• California Bar License required.

• 3-10+ years of corporate transactional experience, with a strong preference for real estate transactional experience (commercial office space leasing preferred).

• Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
