You Are:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Manager to lead strategic technology transformation initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of a technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to build client trust and deliver innovative solutions.

The Work:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients for technology transformation programs, engage in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders to identify business drivers for transformation programs

  • Assist team in in-person or virtual meetings to gain understanding of client’s working environment and synthesize strategies to bridge gaps of deficiencies

  • Drive technology transformation engagements; develop current state risk assessments, technology transformation strategies and adoption roadmaps

  • Drive business case development for technology transformations

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors

  • Mentor junior infrastructure engineers and architects

  • Support the sales team in client proposals and RFP responses

Be ready to rack up those air miles with weekly travel to client sites Monday through Thursday

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of engineering or architecture experience in IT infrastructure (compute, network, storage) with a strong focus on both data center and cloud landing zones

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with data center infrastructure (compute, network, storage, resiliency.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Proven record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects

  • Extensive experience in advisory roles, working with senior business and IT stakeholders

  • Experience synthesizing large volumes of complex data along with the ability to contribute to the development of executive presentations, dashboards and meeting minutes

  • Strong work ethic, with the ability and commitment to see critical milestone tasks and program deliverables to completion with limited oversight

  • You have team lead experience

  • You have external client-facing consulting experience

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
