As a Molding Team Operator, you will be responsible for setting molds, making process adjustments, and operating more complex molding machines to produce high-quality assemblies and insert molded tubing. Follow specific procedures and recordkeeping requirements on multiple machines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Apply today!
What You Will Doas a Molding Team Operator:
- Good Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask throughout the shift. Knowledge/use of computers. Adequate fine motor hand coordination is required. Sound judgment for use in product disposition.
What You Needas a Molding Team Operator:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to pass a Mechanical Aptitude test
- Machine start-up experience; manufacturing background preferred.
