Are you searching for a new job opportunity? We are hiring Call Center Representatives to work for a growing fulfillment center. Located in Wallingford, CT 06492. The right candidate will be comfortable performing inbound calls in a high volume call center as well as email response. Must have call center and email response experience. salary: $15.69 - $15.7 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

The Inbound Call Center Representative is responsible for handling all post-order inquiries from customers.

Responsibilities include:

• -Handling and conducting phone/email duties in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company policies and procedures

• -Answering incoming calls with a pleasant demeanor

• -Looking up orders and provide tracking information

• -Validate order details

• -Process returns and send out return labels

• -Process replacement items

• -Handle all order related questions

• -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
