Join us in our mission to enhance developer productivity and ensure built-in compliance for SAP development teams. We are looking for a dynamic Manager of Agile Teams to inspire, guide, and elevate the performance of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you will lead three distributed teams, consisting of eight developers and fourteen consultants. We embrace the principles of Agile Leadership, seeking leaders who foster an environment where agile teams can grow and thrive. We value trust, fairness, and a diversity of opinions, eliminating the need for micromanagement.

Overall, we take our work seriously, but not ourselves too seriously.

As the Manager of three Agile Teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects and products. You will foster an environment of transparency, trust, and continuous improvement while ensuring teams are aligned with the organizations strategic goals.

What Were Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple Agile teams within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum or Kanban) with a proven track record of successful implementation

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and influencing others

  • Extensive experience in coaching teams and individuals to unlock their full potential

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at navigating complex challenges

What you bring

What we expect from you:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry

  • A genuine passion for people with empathy and experience in people development or coaching

  • An agile mindset and hands-on experience with agile development processes (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)

  • A strong focus on delivering business value and meeting user needs

  • Ability to make decisions and address challenging questions confidently

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Outstanding presentation skills

  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities

  • A results-oriented approach to work

Optional requirements:

  • Experience with open source security

  • Experience with SAP's development processes

  • Experience in related roles, e.g. SW developer, product owner, scrum master, project lead
