SAP Management Support Senior Specialist (f/m/d) to the Global Head of People & Culture Services in Walldorf, Germany

YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are looking for an individual with outstanding communication and organizational skills to provide executive support to the Global Head of People & Culture Services.
Main tasks include:
Covering a wide range of administrative tasks
Being responsible for travel bookings, calendar management, global meeting arrangements, and other related tasks
Using your network as well as excellent organizational skills
Event planning
Supporting projects / team initiatives as applicable, including decision making within clearly defined framework of departmental guidelines and practices, ad-hoc support as needed by leaders and her teams
Updating materials including PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets for meetings and presentations
Be an active part of the team including community building and best-practice sharing
YOUR PROFILE
Commercial qualification as a secretary or comparable experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Proactive: Ability to anticipate situations, to think ahead and logistically map out future steps and possible ramifications with back-up plans
Solves problems swiftly, independently and constantly thinks on his/her feet
Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information
Able to react quickly to demands from key stakeholders and customers where accuracy and urgency is essential
Shines with a positive can-do and get the job done attitude
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and SAP-internal tools
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
At least 5 years of administrative / business support experience in a fast-paced environment on executive levels
