SAP Junior Developer (m/f/d) for SAP Integrated Business Planning - Response and Supply in Walldorf, Germany

What You'll Do

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Developer (f/m/d) who’s excited about building the future of Supply Chain planning applications. SAP IBP Response and Supply Solution is used by many global organizations to plan the Supply Chain and to optimize demand fulfillment. You’ll work with cutting-edge cloud technologies like AMDP, CDS models, and ABAP. Our team is responsible to design and implement the end-user facing planning and analysis components of the Response and Supply solution. Changing technologies and system environments require your flexibility and will provide you the opportunity to try out something new.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, agile scrum team that’s at the heart of SAP OBP, providing key services to many other OBP applications. From design and implementation to testing, you’ll directly contribute to the success of this strategic area.

Working closely with other global scrum teams and the IBP product management, you’ll gain exposure to locations like Walldorf, Budapest, Montreal, Pittsburgh, and Palo Alto. At SAP, we’re customer-driven, so you’ll help shape the product by working with internal and external stakeholders to make a real impact.

What You Bring

  • A strong academic background with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following fields or related areas:Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen ability to tackle challenges.

  • Ideally, some experience or familiarity with programming languages and technologies, such as:

  • ABAP or SAP Fiori

  • SQL, HTML5, or JavaScript

  • Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a bonus.

  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, supportive environment.

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience in software development, such as internships or working student roles.
