Our mission of the SAP Global Security and Cloud Compliance (SGSC) organization is to strengthen the security foundation for SAP, fitting for a world class enterprise software company. Security and Compliance is a critically necessary requirement for the success at SAP's transformation in the

areas of cloud, Al, and sustainability, both internally and externally for SAP's customers. The Role within Security Risk Management is part of the Global Security Compliance and Risk unit which encompasses Governance, Compliance and Certification, as well as Security Risk Management.

Security Risk Management aims to proactively safeguard our organization's assets, reputation, and stakeholders by improving the risk culture for behaviour towards, risk taking, negative outcomes, and policy compliance by enhancing trust and risk mitigation while protecting the core values of our organization at all times.

As Head of Third Party Risk Management, you will be responsible for overseeing a Team of Security Risk Experts dedicated to manage the SAP Global Third Party Risk Management Program. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute, and to shape the key processes for Third Party Security Risk Management contributing to the overall Security Risk Management Strategy by providing significant value to our business stakeholders. You'll be part of an international, diverse team, working in a role thats pivotal to our continued security and compliance posture.

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of Security Risk Management experts, promote and cultivate a strong, inclusive team culture that reflects our core behaviors and values, ensuring a premier development experience for the team.

• Collaborate and support the Security Risk Management leadership team to integrate security risk governance and compliance into strategic plans; promote efficient and sound business processes and practices and risk-informed decision-making.

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, and implementing tools and methodologies that enhance end-to-end process efficiency.

• Fostering a customer and data centric approach and driving automation of key risk management processes.

What you bring:

• Demonstrated success in cross-organizational programs in a matrix environment, ideally in an international context.

• Professional working experience within Product / Cyber Security, Compliance and/or Security Risk functions and processes.

• Proven knowledge in security related laws: regulations, strategies, processes, standards, and services

• Stakeholder engagement/management communicate clearly and convincingly with different stakeholders.

• Communication and persuasion verbal and written. Able to translate detail into thematic and value impact-based communication.

• Demonstrate accountability, transparency, integrity, and a team-oriented approach.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills including C-level experience.

• 5 years' experience working as a manager, preferably in a security organization.

• 15 years' experience working in cyber security risk management and compliance functions.

• Fluent written and spoken English skills.
