YOUR FUTURE ROLE

The Services Architect (f/m/d) in Business Transformation Services (BTS) Northern Europe, is part of Business Transformation and Architecture (BTA) EMEA, delivering business transformation advisory services to our customers to enable customer adoption of cloud solutions, SAP innovations and Business AI.

The role collaborates with colleagues across market units from both the Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) and Customer Success (CS) organisations to drive end-to-end business transformation engagements across the customer value journey for our EMEA customers.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer business transformation engagements with clear focus on enabling customer adoption of SAP cloud solutions and SAP innovations (e.g., Business AI)

Generate/support business opportunities for SAP acting as Industry expert, advising customers on achieving value from SAP investments

Act as trusted advisor/executive advisor for C-levels focusing on customer business success

Develop customer transformation roadmaps, and corresponding transformation plans to enable best-fit business and IT architecture

Apply Management Consulting tools and methodologies

Scale a global integrated delivery model for services

Support the development of industry specific business transformation portfolios

Contribute to P&L targets in terms of utilization and delivery excellence

Contribute to the regional adoption KPIs

YOUR PROFILE

At least 8-10 years professional work experience in consulting for business and IT transformation or in comparable responsibility

Proven experience in shaping and driving SAP transformation projects in complex and international environment

Prior experience in management consulting

Deep SAP industry process knowledge with knowledge of future trends in the industry impacting business strategies

Professional experience and demonstrated understanding of solution / services selling

Demonstrated success with complex, long-cycle sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market

Proven abilities in managing highly complex programs and applying risk-mitigation strategies to internal and external customer

Experienced in interacting with CxOs, connecting with their priorities and influencing their agenda to reach agreement on key decisions

Ability to operate across organizational boundaries and establish trust across all management levels both internally and externally

Higher education degree (Masters degree or MBA preferred e.g. business administration, economics, computer sciences, engineering etc.)
