What you'll do

We are looking for a communications professional to support the Communications team of our Board Area People & Culture. You will be working in a highly motivated and engaging Board area communications team and support them with the preparation of various communication activities for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., employees, customers, media, analysts). Within this team and across the various units and functions, you will co-work on all communication activities related to our People Agenda. You will drive your own project(s) and will oversee research, planning, execution, and reporting around it. This is your chance to get insights into the daily work of a Board Communications Team and Board Office and to gain tremendous work experience in a fast-paced environment. What you bring

• Several years of experience in the field of communications

• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools

• Very strong communication, diplomatic and networking skills

• Self-motivated, team oriented, hands-on mentality

• Flexible and able to cope with stress

• Experienced in handling confidential material

• Editorial experience and writing skills required

• Very good understanding of SAP strategy, products and competitive landscape

• Fluent in German and English (speaking and writing)

• Active user of social media and multimedia channels

• Language: English fluently is mandatory

• Ability to work in an agile and fast paced work environment

• Project management skill
