Needs to have office skills, computer knowledge, able to answer phones and make phone calls updating customers. Able to follow through with insurance companies. Bilingual a plus. Able to talk to customers and be empathetic to their needs. Follow directions and be a team player. Needs to be able to get their work done in a timely manner.
