*About this role: *
Under supervision, performs a variety of semiskilled manual tasks in the maintenance and repair of buildings and building facilities and other related work. Position requires the ability to independently perform a wide variety of semiskilled miscellaneous maintenance tasks or assignments as in the trade.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Cleans, maintains and repairs building fixtures and equipment, including locks, windows, doors, drains, shelving and bank vehicles
- Replaces light bulbs and assists in maintaining fixtures, assists in lubricating, regulating, and repairing sewage, water, cooling and heating systems equipment; painting and repairing of building and equipment
- Occasionally operates equipment and hauls materials; assists in furniture and equipment moves and replacement; performs grounds maintenance.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.
Education and Experience Requirements:
1+ year of work experience that includes mechanical, building maintenance and/or physical labor desired.
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrates strong communication skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Able to follow directions and multi-task.
Demonstrated excellent time management and organizational skills.
Team player- willing to help and do what is needed and/or best for the organization, clients or team.
Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and job ethics crucial to the banking environment.
