- Banking Operations Assistant: $38,000 - $50,000 per year

*About the Banking Operations Assistant Role: *
This position seeks an individual with a passion to learn about banking operations and the associated software and systems. They must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational and time management skills. This position requires a high degree of flexibility in performing various job functions and interaction with fellow employees. This is a non-client facing role, where you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless transactions, accurate record-keeping, and regulatory compliance. While experience in banking operations is an obvious plus, we welcome applications from anyone with relevant skills and attributes, even if they've never worked in financial services. Role and Responsibilities:
- Builds, retains, and expands internal relationships.
- Assists fellow employees with a variety of customer banking situations.
- Researches, responds, and completes internal requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with colleagues in carrying out the Bank's strategic plan.
- Prioritizes multiple job tasks and meets deadlines.
- Cross-trains and provides coverage on multiple operating systems.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.
