BAYADA Home Health Care Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA in Wall Township, New Jersey

This is a full-time salaried position based in our ABA center.
Job Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments, such as: Functional behavior assessments (FBA), Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), preference assessments, VB-MAPP™, ABLLS-R™, AFLS®, Essential for Living, Inventory for Good Learning Repertoires, etc.
Designs treatment or other plans that are socially meaningful for the client and context in which services are provided and in alignment with requirements of the contracting authority and BAYADA policy.
Monitors client progress and makes program changes to ensure client is moving toward terminal goals for discharge.
Leads RBTs and stakeholders on program implementation.
Fulfills authorized hours by client and provides supervision of staff working on their caseload. Adheres to supervisory requirements for BCBAs, RBTs, and individuals pursuing BACB certification as required by both the BACB and contract.
Maintains professional conduct in all interactions with clients, stakeholders, and BAYADA team members.
Adhere to BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code

Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®)
Be eligible to supervise candidates under the BACB requirements for BCBA and RBT.
Have knowledge of, and experience in using, evidence-based interventions, such as functional behavior assessments, discrete trial teaching, functional communication, verbal behavior, self-management, and differential reinforcement,
Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; including the use of technology.
Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
Interest in professional development and advancement
