Provide inside marketing and sales support to achieve new customer goals, margin and customer satisfaction standards. Develop marketing campaigns and implements innovative marketing strategies including events management. Play a lead role in Marketing's special projects, including development, planning and execution of new business strategies relating to new business traditional and emerging markets, equipment, and technologies.Major Responsibilities:Supervise and lead the internal sales team in their duties and responsibilities of supporting the outside sales consultants.Work with marketing staff on developing and reviewing marketing campaigns and implementing new marketing strategies to increase the business.Partner with our outside marketing and advertising agencies.Serve as a Sales Marketing Cloud (SMC) Specialist for the department, researching and identifying potential target markets.Serve as key contact and resource for existing marketing program initiatives, examples include Employee Lead Program, Community Conversion Program and driving performance and leads through generation tactics.Develop and implement new HVAC Contractor and Realtor Stakeholder Programs, driving leads and analyzing metrics on performance of initiatives.Provide market intelligence to assist new program development and initiatives, including understanding changing market and policy dynamics from decarbonization.Ensure we are utilizing marketing best practices, working with Director of Sales and the Marketing Team.Proactively initiate activities to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.Perform end to end planning and management of all externally focused events with stakeholders, and internal events for lead generation tactics.Marketing Peer Group Assessment - communication with our peer utilities to discuss ongoing marketing efforts.Additionally, other ad-hoc requests and special project support.Position Specifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.Organized, positive and highly-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a team environment across business units and professional disciplines.Experience with Word, Excel, Photoshop, Outlook and other desktop applications.Experience with SMC and SAP C4C is a plus.* The above job description is reflective of the primary duties of this position and in no way limits the supervisor from assigning any other duties, responsibilities or initiatives as deemed necessary.New Jersey Resources is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
