Job Title: Carpenter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The Carpenter will work on various projects including retail stores, multi-family buildings such as condominiums and apartments, as well as residential remodeling. All buildings will be vacant during work.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry work on retail stores, multi-family buildings, and residential remodeling projects.

• Frame structures and install fixtures and fittings as required.

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project timelines.

• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of steady work experience in carpentry.

• Proficiency in rough and finish carpentry, including framing.

• Dependable, punctual, and productive work ethic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

You will work on residential remodeling, commercial, and multi-family projects as a sub subcontractor alongside large General Contracting companies. The work environment is dynamic and requires flexibility and adaptability to different project needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WALES, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00
