Community Mental Health Authority Intake Clinician/Outpatient Therapist in Wakefield, Michigan
GCMHA Clinical Services team has a current full time (1.0 fte) opportunity for a Clinician to join our team to coordinate and perform initial clinical assessments to determine eligibility for ongoing specialty mental health services. This individual makes recommendations regarding diagnosis and necessary levels of care based upon the needs of the identified within the clinical assessment and develops a preliminary individual plan of service for individuals who are authorized for ongoing care. In addition, this individual provides individual, group, or family therapy to adults and/or children in the office setting utilizing evidence-based models.
