Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Service industry, based in Waipahu, Hawaii. The chosen candidate will perform critical tasks such as dealing with contracts, coordinating services, and assisting families. Responsibilities:

• Handle and oversee the arrangement of various services, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service

• Communicate effectively with customers, providing guidance and support during the arrangement process

• Manage contracts related to the services provided, ensuring all details are attended to and properly documented

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to clients, service providers, and other stakeholders as necessary

• Utilize computer skills to maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Handle data entry tasks related to customer information and service details

• Coordinate and schedule services, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively

• Provide follow-up assistance to customers after services, resolving any issues or queries that may arise

• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently and maintain an orderly work environment.

Requirements

• Proficient in handling both inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage scheduling tasks, such as arranging meetings, site visits, and inspections.

• Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

• Willingness to continually learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address client concerns and queries effectively.

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
