Responsibilities:
Platform Integration: Integrate all platforms used by Kalo Homes into a unified system using the latest web development technologies and APIs for seamless enterprise-level integration.
Pricing Strategy and Analysis: Implement and maintain pricing strategies using tools like Price Labs, and analyze data to ensure competitive pricing and maximum profitability.
Website Management: Edit, manage, and optimize Kalo Homes' websites to improve user experience, increase traffic, and enhance conversion rates.
Sales Funnels: Create intuitive and effective sales funnels to guide users through the booking process, maximizing conversions and revenue.
UI/UX Optimization: Continuously improve the user interface and experience across all digital platforms to make interactions easy and enjoyable for our guests and clients.
Platform Algorithm Maintenance: Ensure the smooth functioning and optimization of algorithms on platforms such as Price Labs, Hostaway, and other individual channels.
Workflow and Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and processes, implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to evaluate marketing campaigns, content strategies, and overall business performance, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions effectively on digital platforms and drive engagement.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address their web development needs and provide technical support as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
