Job Overview
Pay Rate $26.40 per hour ($24.00 per hour plus a 10% shift premium)
5:00pm - 5:00am - Friday/Saturday/Sunday - (work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours)

A Day In The Life
Prepare and calibrate machinery to meet product specifications
Operate machinery and maintain press
Check material for proper color and other aesthetics
Examine and interpret blueprints for products
Calibrate and conduct minor repairs and modifications on machinery
Follow all safety rules and lock out tag out procedures for self and others
Precisely weighing and loading materials into the press
Participate in 5S program and perform routine housekeeping to keep area clean
Perform quality control, and report to supervisor any irregularities in production quality and on equipment needing repair, maintenance, or adjustments problems
Comply with all safety and health regulations
Any other duties as assigned
What will help you thrive in this role?
Skills and Experience
Previous press operating experience is preferred, Allen Bradley PLC is a plus
Proficiency in operating heavy machinery is preferred
Ability to perform basic tasks on PC or tablet
Ability to stand on your feet for an extended period of time
Lift up to 60 pounds
Operate a forklift (onsite training)
Work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work on a team
Keen attention to detail
Ability to work in a hot and humid environment
Must maintain a reliable attendance record
