Our dedicated machining team manufactures these components using a variety of materials, including ductile iron, aluminum, stainless steel, and specialized alloy materials for specific applications. We pride ourselves on our high mix, low volume product offerings, which are characterized by extensive customization options. This unique approach leads to routine program edits, ensuring that we meet our clients' specific needs. All operations are conducted in a fully climate-controlled facility that operates on two shifts, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities CNC Operation and Setup Utilize Secondary Machines (crane, drill press, belt sander, press, etc.) Program Management: Load, edit, and save CNC programs using DNC LEAN Participation: Support and participate in all LEAN activities aimed at decreasing setup time and cycle time. Multi-Machine Operation Qualifications Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Machining Knowledge: Knowledge of machining processes and the ability to edit and create part programs. Blueprint Reading: Proficient, including basic geometric tolerancing. Inspection Techniques: Familiarity with inspection techniques, knowledge of CMM is a plus but not required Material Knowledge: Familiar with both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Physical Requirements: Able to stand for prolonged periods. Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 lbs, intermittently lift up to 40 lbs, and utilize crane for larger weights.
