Ridgeview Medical Center Administrative Coordinator in Waconia, Minnesota

Purpose of Job This position is responsible for providing administrative support for members of the administration staff and coordination for programmatic functions as well as coordination for specialty accreditation programs. Job Functions Performs various administrative duties for members of administration included but not limited to: managingProvider Collaborative Agreements, creating documentation, updating policies, procedures, and scope of services. Coordinates Medical Director, Director and administration staff calendars and administrative support. Answers and screens phone calls. Provides administrative support for meetings and composes routine correspondence/minutes. Coordination and facilitation of required committees, service lines and multidisciplinary team meetings. Coordinates meetings, follow-ups and ensures all items are completed. Coordinates physician recruitment and onboarding. Manages Clinics Team Sites. Provides professional and courteous customer service to internal and external customers. Performs other duties as assigned.
