Lochridge-Priest is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sheetmetal BIM Detailer to join our BIM team on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This role is responsible for creating shop and fabrication drawings for sheet metal for our in-house sheet metal company, Advanced Sheet Metal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creating detailed shop and fabrication drawings for sheet metal and piping.
Reviewing submittals, specs, and drawings to ensure compliance with design.
Attending coordination meetings.
Creating spool sheets and/or duct tickets for fabrication.
Setting up Revit views for use by the project team.
Highlighting potential problems and looking for a solution.
Continuously follow up on all projects.
Skills
Fluency in reading 2D plans, electronically or hard copy
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Revit and other BIM related software
Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
Additional Qualifications
2-4 years of BIM experience, preferred
Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
Must be able to pass background & drug test(s) as required by company
Safety leader and wears appropriate PPE while on any job site
Observe all company procedures and safety rules
Neat, professional appearance
