The ideal candidate will utilize specialized estimation software to analyze plan documents and other relevant data to develop accurate time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. This role is critical in supporting managements planning, organizing, and scheduling efforts. :::

Position Description
::: {gramm="false" contenteditable="false"} - Prepare cost estimates for small- and large-scale jobs. - Complete job estimates by using specialized estimation software - Analyze plan documents and other data to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates - Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work - Calculating a final figure for the estimated cost, supplemented by adjustments for overhead and profit, and presenting a final price - Assist with bid closeout and final proposal preparations - Assist with writing technical proposals :::

Position Requirements
::: {gramm="false" contenteditable="false"} - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions with minimal supervision. - Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate estimates. - Effective listening skills to understand project requirements and client needs. - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Willingness and ability to learn new estimation software and programs. - Previous experience in estimating or related field is a plus. :::
