Josiah White's Family Preservation Program Director in Wabash, Indiana

[Josiah White's is seeking a Family Preservation Program Director [$10,000 Sign-on bonus ($5,000 upon hire, and $5,000 after two years of employment)

[Qualifications:A Christian with strong convictions who is also in agreement with Josiah Whites mission statement, Statement of Faith, and Code of Conduct. Applicant must be 21 years or older. Applicant must have licensure in the state of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW. Three years of social service experience is required. Also, this person must be able to effectively lead and inspire others as a supervisor of a team and have good communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.

[Reports to:Vice President and Executive Director of Family Services

[Job Summary: The Director for preservation services is responsible for the overall management of the agencys family preservation program. This position requires thorough knowledge and execution of agency policies as well as those of the agencys regulatory and accrediting bodies related to family preservation services. This person will work alongside the Vice President and Executive Director of Family Services to promote the clinical integrity of programs and lead efforts to build a dynamic preservation program and ensure program compliance with all agency policies and procedures. Applicant will provide needed supervision for program staff who are working toward clinical licensure in all six of our Indiana locations. Must demonstrate sensitivity to Whites service population and commitment to student and staff development.

Provide ongoing evaluation of program effectiveness, identify programmatic enhancements, and coordinate implementation of new program strategies aimed toward ensuring positive outcomes for families served.

Participate with the VP and Executive Director of Family services in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the family preservation program development.

Identify, assess, and inform the VP and Executive Director of Family Services of internal and external issues that affect the strategic focus and well-being of the agencys family preservation program.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert and first point of contact to answer questions or respond to matters pertaining to Josiah Whites Family Preservation program; demonstrate expertise and provide sound evaluations and recommendations that enable others to remain informed and understand critical issues.

Ensure program compliance with all agency policies and procedures, as well as regulatory, accreditation, and funding source rules and regulations.

Provide accurate, definitive direction to staff regarding family preservation policies and procedures; troubleshoot new issues as they arise and provide consistent feedback.

Provide regular reports of compliance status and plans to address any deficiencies to the VP and Executive Director of Family Services.

Participate in the organizational Incident Review Team, representing Family Preservation Services.
