Randstad is now looking for a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor close to the Vonore, TN area! This position would work a 6:00pm-7:00am rotating schedule which includes some weekends throughout the month. Pay would range depending on recent experience $68k-75K. Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage all production operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

• Ensure proper staffing levels and effective team management.

• Identify and implement quality and productivity improvements.

• Ensure adherence to quality control standards throughout the production process.

• Manage, train, and support a team of production staff, encouraging teamwork and responsibility

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively.

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and QuickBooks.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 20lbs

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working weekends
