Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Behavioral Coach to join our team in Vista, CA. The successful candidate will work with youth males in a classroom setting who are experiencing serious emotional and behavioral problems. This role is crucial in providing support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions to help these children develop coping skills and improve their overall well-being.

Location: Vista, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Mondays and Fridays start at 7:30 AM)

Pay: $22 - $25 hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to youth males with emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other staff to create a supportive classroom environment.

• Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Facilitate social skills groups and other therapeutic activities.

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates and involve them in the therapeutic process.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children experiencing serious emotional and behavioral problems.

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or a related field preferred.

• Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and therapeutic techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
