Responsibilities:

• Prepare general ledger entries, ensuring accurate representation of the company’s financial position.

• Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain integrity and accuracy of financial data.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external distribution.

• Coordinate with other departments to collect pertinent data and provide accounting support.

• Collaborate with the external audit team to carry out annual audits.

• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.

• Effectively use MS Dynamics 365 in the execution of job functions and reporting tasks.

  Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field.

• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant, preferably in the construction industry.

• Proficiency with MS Dynamics 365 is mandatory for this position.

• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity for multi-tasking.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
