Kelly Science and Clinical is seeking a Project Leader to lead a complex customer-related portfolio of projects, including business activities with the accountabilities to achieve project goals, create value, and foster successful collaboration between the company and the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large project teams for customer and in-house R&D projects operationally.

• Serve as a business partner to the company's senior and executive leadership.

• Act as a business lead in ongoing strategic collaborations.

• Represent the company in project-related contexts towards senior and/or executive leadership of the company's customers.

• Recognize opportunities within project operations to expand the scope of the existing collaboration.

• Coach colleagues and act as a mentor.

• Structure, lead, and monitor activities together with the project team members.

• Accountable for adhering to project scope and reaching deliverables on time.

• Act as an advisor to Senior Leadership in support of developing growth opportunities with current and new customers.

Qualifications:

• Master’s, PhD, or Bachelor’s degree in science with relevant industry experience.

• MBA and PMP Certification preferred.

• Customer-facing or CMC project management experience.

• Extensive experience with different types of customers.

• Advanced knowledge of general important GMP principles and understanding of key requirements of the quality system.

• Extensive knowledge of clinical development and associated regulatory compliance/filings for drug substances.

• Demonstrating professional written and verbal communication on an advanced level.
