We are offering an exciting opportunity in Vista, California for a meticulous and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer invoices, maintaining detailed records of customer accounts, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. This role is located within the telecom industry and requires a high level of attention to detail, proficiency in account reconciliation, and excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer invoices and payments

• Maintain detailed records of customer accounts

• Ensure timely collection of payments

• Research and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts

• Respond professionally and courteously to customer inquiries regarding invoices and statements

• Regularly reconcile accounts receivable

• Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and collection activities

• Assist with month-end closing procedures

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Great Plains (GPAC) to maintain records and perform account analyses

• Manage cash applications and commercial collections when necessary

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Billing and Cash Applications procedures

• Understanding of Cash Collections and Commercial Collections processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
