Robert Half Accounts Payable Specialist (Construction) in Vista, California

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage all payment activities and monitor our expenditure.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify invoices and check requests.

  • Set invoices up for payment.

  • Enter and upload invoices into the system.

  • Prepare and perform check runs.

  • Monitor account to ensure payments are up to date.

    Requirements

  • Proven working experience as accounts payable specialist.

  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook. Knowledge of construction software (e.g. Premier) is a plus.

  • Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
