Program Manager (Data Operations)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our Data Operations team. As a Program Manager, you will be primarily responsible for supporting a multi-year key strategic initiative based on leveraging GEN AI to optimize productivity and create capacity for growth. You will work closely with the Program Team to understand the overall Program objective, scope and success criteria, evaluate the new and incremental demand, understand business processes, identify solution requirements and partner to build respective supporting Data Operations services and delivery framework. You will help the Program Team prioritize opportunities and support Data Operations leadership with capacity planning based on Program demand backlog. To deliver respective high-quality services, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and support them with their ability to deliver timely outcomes. In addition, you will be responsible for overall Program metrics specific to Data Operations and promoting continuous Program improvements.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Develop and implement Data Operations services and framework effectively prioritize and manage incoming Program demand

  • Collaborate with Program and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements

  • Partner with respective cross-functional teams to provide input to backlog grooming

  • Support Program meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact Data Operations delivery and escalate as necessary.

  • Partner with respective cross-functional teams to support Program capacity planning

  • Conduct Program evaluations (specific to Data Operations role) ongoing to identify areas of improvement and promote continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, preferably within a Data Operations or related field.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) concepts and algorithms.

  • Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and compute vision techniques.

  • Knowledge of programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python, R or Java

  • Understanding of data processing, analysis, data mining and statistical modeling

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
