Main Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting for APAC as well as Hong Kong in collaboration/communication with APAC branches and related divisions in Tokyo Head Office.

• Financial target setting with initiatives for Transaction Banking APAC in collaboration with related divisions in APAC and Tokyo Head Office.

• Monitor and foresee financial progression in East Asia, focusing on Hong Kong based in a meticulous manner.

• Closely communicate with Global planning, APAC region, Hong Kong.

• Take a leadership for data integration from regional / country financial reporting point of view.

• Contribute to improve teamwork & to share knowledge with regional planning member.

• Adapt for new core banking system to retrieve financial data in a timely manner.

• Take responsibility for the risks arising from financial reporting field and their effective control

• Connect beyond HK team and leverage regional planning function as one Transaction Banking Office for Asia.

• Execute with speed, simplicity and transparency to drive results on financial reporting.

• Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirement:

• Degree holder with 35 (Junior Vice President) years of experience in planning development role

• Proficiency in technology and excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point skills

• Native level of Japanese speaker (Japanese is better) Knowledge of basic commercial banking (Transaction banking career is better)

• Analytical, independent and problem solving skills
