ICONMA, LLC UX Program Manager in United States

Our Client, a Technology company, is looking for a UX Program Manager for their New York, NY/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

  • The Designer Experience team within Search Design Systems’ program primarily focuses on the connection points and creation of UX and developer resources to enable velocity, ease adoption and increase efficiencies through the implementation of user documentation, tooling, and guidance.

  • The DesignX PgM will manage SDS documentation, UXE requests, and various operational workflow priorities to launch accurate, quality focused and timeline driven materials for internal SDS customers.

  • Manage the workflow for design system spec site include triaging and tracking logged requests, sprint planning, and weekly stand-up facilitation

  • Weekly triage and facilitate new and existing tokens’ requests and associated sync to review, prioritize and assign as needed

  • Update weekly team meetings’ artifacts, ensuring stakeholders’ status and informational updates are submitted on time

  • Coordinate syncs and action item follow ups with respective partners and points of contact across the various workflows as needed

  • Review and coordinate all incoming sticker sheet requests, attending weekly sync to review priorities and WIP

    Requirements:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Knowledge of design systems

  • Experience working with UX and/or creative designers

  • Experience with agile project management and bug tracking tools

  • Strong track record of end-to-end project delivery

  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and partners

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple requests and projects with various priorities

  • Excellent communication skills
