Position Title: Technical Project Coordinator Location: Hyderabad Type: Work from Office Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Coordinator to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination within software services and product-based environments. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed.

  • Team Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate with cross-disciplined team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

  • Quality Assurance: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to company standards.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in software services and product-based industries.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software such as Azure Devops, Jira , Microsoft Project, Asana, etc.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
