This role: A Day and week in the life…
Full life cycle recruiting including source, screen, interview candidates, offer negotiation and pre-employment.
Analytics and reporting of recruitment metrics to meet targeted expectations around time to fill and sourcing metrics.
Coordination and attending volunteer events within the community and related in office activities.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations, to enhance candidate pipelines.
Additional projects and responsibilities based on experience including role descriptions, diversity initiatives, employment verification, and unemployment.
This role: You will be successful in this role if you have…
3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting with demonstrated success in meeting hiring metrics.
Understanding of state level compliance requirements and labor laws for job postings, job descriptions and hiring
Experience working with automation tools, such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience with immigration is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
